Hi everyone,

thanks for checking out True Tales of the Soryan Order. This is a story I've had in my head for over ten years now, and I've finally decided to go ahead and tell it.

Normally, I'm more of an artist that a writer. I like to tell stories, but usually I tell those stories in comic book or otherwise illustrated stories.

For some reason, though, this one didn't seem to fit into that genre. It was much more like the older fantasy works that I always loved to read, like the Robert Jordan or Raymond Feist type stuff.

Not to say that I'm as good as those writers, but you get the point.

A fun fact about True Tales, this wasn't actually going to be the story at all. This was merely the pre-history to what I thought was the main story.

As I was writing that story, which takes place on the same world but far, far in the future, I thought I might write a short story about what happened in the past.

Well, as I was writing it, I just kept on going and I really began to see that there was a lot more to this history that even I had originally thought.

So here we are with this site and this story. We'll eventually get to that far-future tale, but not before I have a lot more fun with this one. Thanks again for reading and feel free to contact me or leave your thoughts in the story comments.
